While all three people survived, one person has been taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Two others are believed to be in a stable condition and will be transported to local hospitals.
Emergency services are trying to determine the cause of the crash, which happened at 4.30pm today.
The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has been notified.
