Sydney lockdown, new venues of concern, daily case numbers

Over the course of last night, NSW Health have released several new exposure sites, with many venues extending beyond the four locked down areas.

Currently only residents who live or have worked in the Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and City of Sydney council areas are required to abide by the new stay-at-home orders, however, the updated list of exposed venues feature sites in western Sydney, the northern beaches and the north shore.

Anyone who attended the following venues at the time listed is a close contact and must immediately get tested and isolate for 14 days, regardless of the result, and call 1800 943 553 unless they have already been contacted by NSW Health:
– Bondi Junction: Fresh Nails, Westfield Bondi Junction, Tuesday 15 June 2.30pm-5pm; Thursday 17 June, all day
– Manly: Hugo’s Manly, Saturday 19 June; 5.30pm-8.15pm
– Shelley Beach: The Boathouse, Shelly Beach, 1 Marine Pde, Manly; Sunday 20 June, 8.35am-11.40am
– Bondi: Lyfe Café Bondi; Tuesday 22 June, all day; Wednesday 23 June, all day
– Maroubra: Chemist Warehouse Maroubra; Thursday 24 June, 9am-9.30am
– Lakemba: Haldon Street Medical Centre (in the waiting room); Thursday 24 June, 10.15am-10.30am
– Bankstown: PappaRich Restaurant, Little Saigon Plaza; Thursday 24 June, 1.30pm-4pm

Anyone who attended the following cinema for the screening of Fast and Furious 9 must immediately call NSW Health on 1800 943 553, get tested and self-isolate until they receive further advice from NSW Health:
– Auburn: Reading Cinema – screening of ‘Fast And Furious 9’; Sunday 20 June, 6.30pm screening

Anyone who attended any of the following venues at the listed times is a casual contact and must immediately get tested and self-isolate until a negative result is received. Please continue to monitor for symptoms and immediately isolate and get tested if they develop:

Oporto’s, Casula; Tuesday 22 June. 12.50pm-1pm
– Pasta Italia Cucina, Casula Central Shopping Complex; Tuesday 22 June, 1pm-1.10pm
– Woolworths Top Ryde City Shopping Centre; Tuesday 22 June, 5pm-5.15pm
